檳城金沙香格里拉地處深受歡迎的峇都丁宜海灘的中心地帶。作為一家親子度假飯店，它曾贏得無數的獎項和榮譽，飯店裡設施齊備，設有餐飲、休閒和娛樂設施， 可讓全家老小一起樂在其中, 而且飯店價格實惠、服務優質、選擇豐富，可確保多代賓客入住愉快。

已經第四次去這家酒店了 性價比很高 很有度假的感覺。特地多付錢定了靠花園的房間 給小朋友慶祝生日 但是感覺還是有點稍微敷衍了 小冰箱是空的 沒有吹風機 前台辦入住也搞不清楚狀況 明明房費包含了稅費 還要我付，最後還是通過訂房網站申請退回來了。總體一般般

環境很好，性價比高，而且不貴。早餐怎麼説呢？可能不是馬來人，比起國內香格里拉早餐有很大差距，看在價格不高的份上，也衹能接受了。現在香格里拉都不提供梳子了？還有既然是親子酒店，應該要備一點孩子的拖鞋、牙刷～

酒店位置好，房間設施完善。酒店有自己的沙灘和泳池綠地，提供免費躺椅晒日光浴，距離沙灘夜市很近，晒晒太陽沿著海灘赤腳走到夜市點瓶冰啤酒看燈火表演還是很愜意的！

Best hotel ever. Location dia senang betul nak cari makan. Mcd pon walking distance je. Breakfast ok but not superb. Macam² pilihan ada. Swimming pool and safety very good. Guard always jaga. Pantai dia tak landai but ok for healing. Very kids friendly ya hotel ni

Shangri-La Golden Sands truly embodies relaxation, with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a laid-back charm. The food is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and guests also enjoy the convenience of a complimentary shuttle service to downtown Georgetown via Jen Hotel.Kudos to them!

Sangat kecewa dengan staff resort kali ni.. reception staff muka sangat serius..booking bilik menghadap pool tapi malangnya dapat view bilik penuh pokok..lantai balkoni penuh semut bila minta tukar bilik dengan manager on duty, response dari manager sangat mengecewakan...sangat kecewa sebab sebelum ni check in semua ok, setiap tahun memang akan datang 2 atau 3 kali ke golden sand tapi tak pernah dapat bad services macam ni..tapi kali ni sangat kecewa..BTW this is my first time bagi bad review sebab sangat kecewa! Thumbs up untuk staff on duty during breakfast, semuq baik2 dan sangat helpful seperti biasa..

the best hotel in penang.. i tried a bbq night with slipper lobster it very delicious the breakfast have menny style malay chinese indian arab.. and the hotel workers are really frenly bring my wife n child to enjoy pool n the beach are very nice

スタッフの皆様は笑顔で接してくれ、おもてなしが素晴らしいです。バスで101、102系統でKomterから行くことができ、バス停がホテルの目の前なのでとても便利です。また、近くには、コンビニ、Mac、レストランがあって安心です。バルコニーからのオーシャンビューはパラセーリングも見えて最高でした。

During long holiday the hotel is very peak and pack. Breakfast need to queue for 45 min to enter. The swimming pool want very crowded . Room was not ready and we get checked in at 445lm , however they allow us to check out at 4pm. Overall experience was not ambad. Suitable for family.

Our stay at Golden Sand was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. It make me want to come again. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had, with fresh fruit, pastries, international and local options. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for couples or families with kids looking to truly relax and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back!
